    圣佐治

     
    是这种蘑菇的名字,因为从4月23日圣佐治日起,可以找到很多。这是我今天看到的,它们提前出来了呢。
     
              

     

    法式圣佐治蘑菇和小羊腿烹调菜谱:

    一只小羊腿
    500克鲜蘑菇(Tricholome de la Saint-Georges)
    10个洋葱头
    一杯白葡萄酒
    一小把香芹
    一个大蒜头
    盐,胡椒粉
    烹调奶油
     
    小羊腿用奶油煎至金黄,加盐和胡椒粉,切碎的洋葱和大蒜,及白葡萄酒,慢火。
    将洗净的蘑菇切块,和切碎的香芹加奶油炒10分钟后加入羊腿的锅里一起文火煮。
